Dry-Aged for a minimum of 21 days and a maximum of 45 - Marble 8's Prime Rib on the Bone (Wagyu) is a tender, extremely juicy cut at 1,100 grams.
Extremely flavoursome due to the dry-aging with bone attached, our Chef recommends this to be served medium rare.
A Marble 8 Signature Dish: Veal Bacon Carbonara. Made with Pennoni pasta, creamy housemade carbonara sauce, veal bacon and 32-month aged parmesan.
Famous for dry-aged and wet-aged steaks, and popular for everything else.
Marble 8 Featured Dish: Lobster Salad. Served with red onions, tomatoes, lemon confit and basil mayonnaise.
