Minimalist, Rustic, Nordic, and Sustainable represents the blood running through the veins of ROOST, a space created to showcase the beauty of the Malaysian peninsula through its terroir, and seas.

Forgoing unnecessary importation, From Farm To Fork is our homage to this place we call home.

Utilizing wherever possible, local sustainable ingredients sourced with care direct from its farms; translating them through our experience into modern European cuisine.

Fish never looked & tasted so good! Feat. Our snapper with signature Beurre Blanc sauce & cabbage cooked to perfection.

Occasional specials - Here we have Hokkaido Scallops with crispy Rye & our signature Beurre Blanc.

Our in-house-smoked mackerel comes in 2 ways! Have it as a bruschetta or in salad, either way your tummy will surely be happy!
