We are serving the gonads of Hokkaido Sea Urchin in a box. 

yamagobo, wild burdock root sushi. Do check out the selection of our wild vegetables from Japan.

Nodoguro- literally means black throat or Rosy Seabass; we brought them in from Tsukiji Market; air dried for a night and served grilled. It's fatty & creamy.

Ichigi Daifuku, freshly flown in from The Tsukiji Market, the same ones that are served to JAL first class passengers.
