Fresca Mexican Kitchen specialises in "botanas", small plates, easy for sharing.

Only the freshest ingredients are used - the pico de gallo and guacamole are prepared daily and corn tortillas are home-made and hand-pressed the traditional way.

But Fresca is as much a bar as it is a restaurant - A great place to kick back, watch the world go by whilst enjoying a margarita or one of Fresca's very own cocktail creations.

The interior uses a mix of distressed brick and rustic timber, intricately dovetailed with contemporary industrial elements, giving an overall modern Mexican restaurant look and feel.

One of our favourite "Botanas"! This is a simple yet delicious appetizer - we use succulent tiger prawns and sautee them with garlic, olive oil and 'guajillo' chili. 

How about some Enchiladas Verdes for lunch? Pulled chicken rolled with corn tortillas in a roasted tomatillo salsa. Wholesome and delicious!

Slow cooked beef Mexican "tortas" with cheese melt, red cabbage and jalapeno chilis. Served with a side of corn chips.
